1. Customer Support Data Confidentiality
SupportFlow AI processes ticket subjects, customer messages, and RAG vector indexes solely to deliver support resolution co-pilots. Customer conversation data is NEVER sold or used to train public LLM models.
2. Encryption & Vector Security
All ticket webhooks and Pinecone vector search queries are encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest with automated audit trails.
